I have a very outdated test database ORACLE_SID=test. I have a current development database ORACLE_SID=dbdev.
dbdev has tables that have been modified. The same table name exists in test but with original/non-modified version.
Can I export/import into test and have it over-write the existing out-of-date table.
I was not able to find an import parameter that supports this situation. If this can not be done by import what is the easiest way to perform this task. If worse comes to worse I can identify the db files solely containing this info.
Help.

The easiest way is to drop all your existing tables in test and import them from dbdev. Use something like http://home.adelphia.net/~marist89/s...ipe_schema.htm to drop every object for a particular user.
