    Question

    I'm an ocp developer student.
    I've passes ht pl/sql exam so i didn't need the developer then.
    Now I need to use the developer to the study for the next exams. I think the prablom is that I can't start the listener correctly.
    The other question is: my home edition is for win 98! so maybe here lies the prablom and I'm spanding my time for nothing.
    Is thare any way to practice without using a developer at home!
    This is an sos i'm really stuck here!
