Thread: Daily Reports for a DBA

    Hello

    I am a DBA for 6 instances 3 on Aix and 3 on NT .
    I get the daily Alert Logs emailed to me and also a few other things like Tablespace Free Utilization , segments that are unable to allocate their next extent , the buffer Cache hit ratio and hit ratio . I also get the daily archivelog backup or hot backup status emailed to me .

    My question is Is any other thing I should email / check apart from this on a daily basis ?

    Any suggestions will be welcome or any document would be helpful .

    Hi

    You can also add rollback segment shrinks and extends to your daily reports.
