Took the exam today, it was just like 1z0-030 (New Features 9i): a lot of straight questions, just a few exhibits and a total lack of "real-life" questions. A lot of things to memorize, like new processes roles, API's syntax and some concepts. Scored 51/61 (from a total of 66 questions - 5 were not scored), not an outstanding score but more than enough to pass (minimum score was 37, about 57%).
It seems Oracle wants OCP9i to upgrade real soon. I'll have to admit, Microsoft exams on 2003 track are much harder actually.
2 weeks of studying. My references were, recalling another thread:
2) OTN Notes from Arup Nanda (don't cover all the exams objective, since it's not focused on OCP but on Oracle itself; however, there are plenty of examples and practical demonstrations of the new features):
5) Oracle 10g New Features by Oracle Press (not focused on OCP and, at the same time, not complete as the OTN, Tim and Oracle documentation; useful as a "first reading", no more than that): http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...books&n=507846
