LISTNER PROBLEM MESSAGE 850 NOT FOUND

Hello guys

I have installed oracle 8i database in oracle_home and noe wana enterprise manager to be installed .
I did installed the enterprise manager soft. to anoter home say Oracle_ent .
But during configuration of repository I am getting TNS-12560 error .
then I am trying to start listner through Command prompt.
by setting oracle_home=oracle_ent
it give following message .
1) when I say just LSNRCTL
Message 850 not found, No message file for product Network, facility=NL
2)
Then IF I say START at lsnrctl prompt the I get following problem
Message 1070 not found ; No message file for Product=network,facility=tnstns-12538;
message 12538 not found;
no message file for producat =network, facility=TNSTNS-12560
TNSTNS-00508 Message 508 not found . No message file for Producat=network facility=TNS



PLEASE HELP ME MY FRIENDS
