I'm configuring OFS and this is what I've done so far:

Installed Oracle 8.1.7 on both servers svr147 and svr148.
A cluster group created which has a defined resource.
    Database created.
The redo logs, control files and init.ora are in a shared drive.
The documentation says not to configure Net8. Do I put a copy of the listener.ora in the shared drive? The shared drive does not have a admin/network folder. Do I create one in the shared drive?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello joyce_ank,

When u install Oracle seperately on both the nodes u required to keep the Net8 and Listener to be available on the both the nodes. On the shared resources u required to keep only the Database which is shared by both the nodes.Once u install OFS it will identify the Listener on the both nodes and creates its own Listener Called OFS Listener.
Important thing is as mentioned by Sambavan go through the documents first still u are not able to configure the OFS practically u can contact on forum.
    All the best
    regards
