Server Hangs when two users accesss the same Form at the same time!

Hi all!

Query:

Working on Oracle v8i 8.1.6.0.0 with OS as NT.

I encountered this problem this afternoon:

1.When two users access the same form at the same time,the server hangs!

What should be done to tune the DB to rectify the problem!

Check for any long held unreleased locks. Also run the stats pack and check the performance...

Check for locks ..
If it is OLTP do You use Bitmap indexes ...
