Hi,
From version 8.1.5 onwards there is no script called "catrman.sql" script shipped with Oracle.This script was initially used in oracle 8.0 to create the RMAN catalog tables and views .From Oracle 8.1.5 if you want to create the RMAN catalog tables and views at the RMAN prompt just enter the following command:

RMAN> create catalog;
