Can any one teach, what is clustering in oracle and where it is necessary, and how?

You've really got to take a look at the area yourself and ask more specific questions. I doubt you'll get any great answers to something so general. It's like asking "Can anyone teach me nuclear physics?" Yes they can but they're not going to do it in a forum
