What table or view do I use to determine a user's quota and then how do I determine how much of that quota they have already used?

    Another Question

Is there a place I could look up views or dba tables and it would give me an explanation of what all the columns mean?

    HI,
If you have Oracle 8i Documentation. Clixk on the Oracle 8i Reference option and you can see all the data dictionary objects. click the objects and can find all the details like Table decreption, column description etc..
    Hope this helps,
