    In OEM, you can send message on a page with the help of the paging server. Is it possible to send a message manually in pl/sql?

    Most text pagers out there today accept email as a text message. Instead of sending mail to yourself, send mail to yourself and your pager...

    All of our pager are old, they dont accept e-mails.

    then you are in trouble, because you cant do anything unless you have a text pager. Just have some swapped.
