Hi All
I have created a new database in the my NT server using oradim utility and then 'create database' stmt. and subsequently running the files catalog.sql and catproc.sql and then running pupbld.sql in system user schema.
I want to know what are additional files I will need to run. As I can see...If I use 'Select count(*) from tab' in SYS schema of the 'default' database it gives me count of 1583 where as in new created database the this count is 1310...therefore what are additional scripts that will create the rest of data dictionary

catalog and catproc are enough for the DB functionallity.
I also always run pupbld.sql plus:
dbmspool
prvtpool.plb
utlchain
utlxplan
plustrce
and optionally
caths.sql
otrcsvr.sql
For replication, you need:
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/catrep.sql
I must run
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/catparr.sql
since we use OPS but you may also run if you need V$CACHE, etc.
For JAVA, etc. you may run:
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/javavm/install/initjvm.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/oracore/admin/initxml.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/catxsu.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/javavm/install/init_jis.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/javavm/install/jisja.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/javavm/install/jisaephc.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/initplgs.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/jsp/install/initjsp.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/jsp/install/jspja.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/initplsj.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/initjms.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/initrepapi.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/admin/initsoxx.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/ord/admin/ordinst.sql
@/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/ord/im/admin/iminst.sql
I need some of them, since I would like you send email to myself with the DBA reports.
