upgrading oracle 8i from 8.1.5 to 8.1.7

hai,
i installed oracle8i version8.1.5 on windows NT v4.0.
i want to install OEM.
does version 8.1.5 support OEM.
when i installed 8.1.5 ,i disn't have the OEM software.
now i have the 8.1.7 cd.
it has OEM and DBA studio also.
can i install OEM & dba studio only from oracle 8.1.7.
will 8.1.5 support these tools.
either i install or upgrade my oracle from 8.1.5 to 8.1.7.
if so,how to upgrade the oracle from 8.1.5 to 8.1.7.
is there any tooll to do upgrade or i have to reinstall 8.1.7.
i will thankfull,if any body give me the solution.

I installed 817 on my Desktop(NT4) and created OMS on the same machine.

Using OEM console, I am monitoring two database based on 806, 816 versions.
