    i didn't find the service 'oracle management server' in control panel--services.
    what is the reason.
    how to start the oracle management server.
    please solve the problem.

    You should create a respository.

    How did u installed your Oracle.If it is through custom u might not have selected the OMS tool for installation.If not try to install the OMS through custom then create a repository.Then u can find OMS server in the control pannel.

    thanks for ur reply.
    but i created repository also.
    while i am conecting to oem.it is giving error.
    'u should check that management server is running'.
    at that time i checked is it starting or not.
    but i didn't find that service.
    should i have to create it.

    The Oracle Management Server is a seperate install in addition installing Oracle...

    Well, you can try this >>>
    Go to the command prompt
    c:>
    & type oemctrl start oms

    c:> oemctrl start oms

    that will start the oms ( if it is installed properly )
