V$session is just a synonym.
use SYS.V_$SESSION instead.

re:raminder
If I user SYS.V$SESSION also it is showing the same error but when I am using this in d2k then it is not showing any error. Why?

I said SYS.V_$SESSION not SYS.V$SESSION.
As regards D2K, it might be converting it implicitly.
