Inconsistent timings

Hi
Im trying to optimize a query , the last I worked on it the timing got reduced to 4 minutes. I noted down the exact query plan the tuned stmt was using. Now I try to run it it is taking around 20 minutes, even though it is using the same access plan. THe data hasn't changed. Is there something Im missing?
