    Does very high buffer gets always mean low busy buffer waits?

    Please explain why

    Buffer wait occours when you don't have sufficient number of buffers available to load the data. Busy wait occours when the buffer need is dirtied and the system is awaiting DBWR to write to the disk. Now Comming to the point, I don't see how a low busy wait could trigger a high buffer wait. Normally, its the high busy wait that would trigger the buffer wait. I could be wrong ...
