Oracle Startup & Shutdown On System Startup & Shutdown

Hello Friends

I am Gurpreet Singh Sethi a Jr. Dba. I am using Oracle 8I ver. 8.1.5 on NT platform. I want to do one thing that when ever i start my Sever oracle startup at its own and on system shutdown it shutdown too.
