SQL Error Encountered at DBConnect(SQLConnect):(08004)[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]Server

Hi friends,
I'm having a production problem, hope anyone of you can help me here...

The application is trying to connect to the database and we get the following error message. The application keeps on trying to connect and at one point it successfully conencts. The process repeats again, the application gets
disconnected and it takes a while before it gets connected.

Everything looks fine from the database side - no alert logs are generated and we are also able to conenct thru sqlplus and tnsping when we are having this problem.

SQL Error Encountered at
DBConnect(SQLConnect):(08004)(Oracle)(ODBC)(Ora)Server rejected
the connection. Error 183: Cannot create a file when that file already
exists. (0xb7)

Is there any errors in the listener.log?

Nope, there are no errors in the listener.log

Not sure on this one, I would download the latest Oracle ODBC drivers for your version of Oracle Client and recheck the connection.
