Ive been asked to implement Internationalization in our database. We want to
support multiple languages. So Im thinking UTF8 for the unicode character set.
    My questions are
1)Do the client and db server both have to be utf8, or just the server alone and
the client can be any native language.
2)When does conversion happen between the client and the server.
3)Do I have to make use of special datatypes to store my data?

What other parameters and others things to support internationalization should I
    look out for.
    Thanks
