By default, Password for INTERNAL user is ORACLE.
However, you have to check with the person who has installed the oracle software.

NT or Unix? Did you try changing the SYS' password? Internal is an alias for SYS.
ALTER user SYS identified by password;
But is it so that you do not know SYS' password?
It's default is change_on_install.

try setting initSID.ora parameter
remote_login_passwordfile = EXCLUSIVE
Keep it cool.

Then use the orapwd/oradim
