how to clear tablespaces

I have a tablespace size 4GB . This tablespace contains only one rollback segment ,no tables etc. Currently no transactions pending for a week . I just dropped that tablespace and recreated , still it occupied 4gb . How to clean that 4GB rollback information ..And it the temporary table space is filled up with 3 GB . How to clean it . Currently no user's connected ,no transactions ..

Drop and recreate it. On the other did you drop the RBS before dropping the Tablespace? The RBS could be having the allocation specs of 4GB.

Thanks .... I didn't look at the script to create RBS . It has initial 250 M with min.extents 10 ...
