This well respected company in the Greater Atlanta area (north of the city)
currently has 2 Oracle Financials HRMS (Human Resources) positions available on its' I.T.
staff.

POSITION # 1- Oracle HRMS Technical Lead Analyst

Principal Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for working with a team of individuals to
implement Oracle HRMS/Payroll. After implementation, the candidate will be responsible
for analyzing business needs and applying appropriate technology through systems
modification and integration, supporting, maintaining and implementing standard software and hardware.
The candidate will be expected to perform these duties in a prompt,
professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years information systems experience with proven technical
and non technical skills: analytical & problem solving skills; strong programming aptitude;
experience implementing/maintaining packaged applications; written/oral communications
skills; relationship building and customer service skills; organizational &
administrative skills.
Familiar with Oracle HRMS/Payroll (10.7 & higher), or Human
Resources/Payroll application functional experience.
Background must also include a strong background in: SQL*Plus,
SQL*Loader,PL/SQL, Forms 4.5-6.0, Reports 2.5-6.0, AOL, and Unix shell scripts.
Some travel may be required.
Base salary is 70-90K+

POSITION # 2-Oracle HRMS Manager

Principal Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the team of analysts that
support the Oracle HRMS systems. The candidate will be first level
management for HRMS. The candidate will be responsible for establishing a
budget and managing to meet the budget for HRMS. The candidate will handle
performance management for HRMS team members. The candidate will oversee the
development and management of project plans for application upgrades and
ongoing implementations, deliver efficient product support, deliver timely
cost effective solutions for HRMS.

Requirements:
Same requirements as for Position #1 above plus prior management experience is
highly desired.
Base salary is 90-110K+
