Install Oracle developer Version 6.0

OS: windows 2000 server
Product installed with success
1- Oracle 8i in the default home
2- Oracle forms and reprts release 6i in another home
I tried to install Oracle developer Version 6.0 in another home
the installation is not terminate with success.
When I want to work With SQL*PLUS I get this message " SP1.msb not found.
how I can correct this problem ?

Please compare the tnsnames.ora files in /network/admin and /net80/admin in the respective ORACLE_HOMEs.

Are you able to run SQL*Plus from the original installation of Oracle, or are both the Developer instance and the original instance having problems?

Tere are the response of your questions:
1. the tnsnames.ora files in /network/admin and /net80/admin in the respective ORACLE_HOMEs are the same

2. I am not able to run SQL*Plus from both the Developer instance and the original instance. these instances having problems.

1. Were you able to connect to SQL*Plus in the past (before installation of Developer)?

2. When do you get the error?

Hi Dave. The problem is resolved:
1. Install Oracle developer version 6.0 in the default home.
2. Install Orale8i Entreprise Edition in another oracle home.
3. Install Oracle Forms and reports release 6i in a third oracle Home.
