How do I rebuild the foreign key indices on a database?

Some of these are composit FK indices. On such cases, would enabling and disabling the FK, fix the issue of rebuilding?

Could some one give me steps on how to do this?

What do you mean by rebuilding?
Do you need to drop the indexes for a specific purpose and put them back again?
If so, disable and enable will work.

The reson behind this question was, I have oem setted to monitor the index fragmentation. Now is shows that there are a number of FK indexes need to be rebuilt to remove fragmentations. I know the rebuild for a regular index, but since this being the index on the foreign key index, how should I do.

Is disable of PK necessary/ just the disable of FK would fix?

I would really appreciate if, someone tell me the steps to take?

I'm also curious to know how this indexing work?

    Mr. T
