    Wink XML review

Well, it's new right now. But I'm using through user built-in packages, taking out parameter with XML tags and that is useful for Web developer to transform on to browser.
Go and look at XML.com to see features and comparison with HTML as well.
Also, I've tried PLSQL parser to parse XML file.

    thanks

    Cool

as long as you understand how HTML works and how it is used, then you will understand how XML works and is used. So, if you don't know HTML basics, then try http://www.webmonkey.com and go through their self-tutorial on HTML. It is educational and easy to understand.

XML is basically advanced HTML which allows you to set all of your own definitions/tags where HTML already has preset tags and definitions.

the XML generator on 8i is pretty cool, but I found pretty complicated to set up and get going. Once set up, it is easy to operate.
