LGWR will hang if the online redo logs were filled faster than the archiving process? T or F

Boy, that sounds an awful lot like a brainbuzz question.

Not quite sure what the previous poster is trying to say, but the answer is True. If the logwriter needs to write to the next redo log group, but that group hasn't been archived yet from the last time it's turn came up, the logwriter will have to wait. It will resume operations once the next log group has been archived.

JH is correct.
Nice to see a typically sarcastic retort from Jeff! What a great help and inspiration he is to us all.

There have been some posters taking questions directly from brainbuzz.com and posting them on this site for answers. Once they get all their questions answered, they get their brainbench "Certification".

will somebody posts more OCP 8i exam ?(actual questions) so we can have sort of review.
-
How is brainbuzz.com related to brainbench.com? Brainbench.com tests are timed, so asking Q's here won't help you pass.
-
My mistake, I meant Brainbuzz "certification".
