Thread: How to run Sqlldr from Client

    Question

    I have Oracle 8.1.6 on Unix box and I am a Client on Win2000. Can I use SQL *Loader from as a client to load my data. If so, How?
    I see a userid and password on SQLLdr but how do I connect using Net8?

    Hi,

    Just fill your tnsnames.ora (client), and then 'sqlldr username/password@alias ... ...'
