SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL

Hello,
I am tring to do an export. I have error ora-04068 (SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL has errors).
I went to vrify the package SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL, in the sys schema but I didn't find it.
Because of this package, other packages references SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL are invalid too.
Does anybody know where I can get this package and How to impliment it.
This is for the production database. Please help me.

Run

ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/prvtssql.plb

as user SYS to create(recreate) the DBMS_SYS_SQL package.

Does this affect anyway my database.
Because this is a production database I have to be sure that it will not affect the functioning of by base.
