    Hi Pando,

    is the server configured in cluster- no, but we do configure fail over on production server. Here is new info. event viewer shows that we have scsiPort1 error which is QLogic device to talk to network storage, SAN- Dell. But before this err msg, event viewer reported tons of controller error like I posted before.

    Your hardware's screwed man.

    Get the hardware support boys on the case armed with some purchase orders.
