Just register with technet.oracle.com. when you call Oracle to schedule your test, tell them that you are a member of technet, they will give you 20% discount automatically.
Good luck

Do you know if the offer is good internationally?
I am an American working in Germany and I register with Prometric.
Thanks

Add up Discount Answer!!
Hi Hrishy ..
You CANNOT add up the discounts (Technet + 30% ) for the examination.
You only can choose one discount from that . ..
Take Care

Hi hrishy , I always do appriciate your humour and wit .. (though I also don't have any discount scheme) , i think rather than thinking of that we better prepare well for the exams ....

Concentrate on exam, not price!
I tried telling the exam scheduler that I was a member of the Technet oracle program. They ask for a promotional code to give you a discount. You get that when you sign up. Other than that, good luck getting money taken off the cost. I had no success...I actually had to sign up again to get a promotional code. But to be honest, once you pass all test and are certified than it is well worth the price you've paid in the pass to get there.
Good Luck
