    Queries:

    1.What is the approach to tune sql queries!

    2.How to detect that LGWR hanged,what caused it to hang and how to resolve it!

    Look in the alert logs for things such as checkpoint not complete. To resolve these problems you may try to re-size
    your current redo logs are add more redo log groups

    Try always the shutdown immediate. Before you try the abort, since it requires recovery.
