    when query dba_free_space, i found that
    there are lot of bubble and honeycomb in temp tablespace.
    do i need to issue alter tablespace temp coalesce periodly?
    or it is ok because it is temporary tablespace?

    The temporary tablespace allocates it's space in equal sized segments. You do not have to worry about fragmentation in the TEMP tablespace.
