    Hi!
    Our Oracle 8.1.7 is on Linux 6.2
    Can you tell me please what the MAX size of data_block might be?

    according to 8.1.5 documentation, max for db_block_size is 32k, but could have changed with 8i Release 3 ...

    On Red Hat 6.2 it is most probably a max of 16k.
