    Just checking.

I've got a flat file with about 450 columns in it (from an old VSAM database) that I want to load into a huge Oracle table.

Can sqlldr automatically create this table for me?

    Thanks!

Yes you can do one thing open that data base data in Excel Worksheet and Save as comma delimated text file then you can load from SQLLDR....

    Enjoy.....

    Hi,

SQL Loader cannot create a table. But you can do like this. Convert that flat file as Excel worksheet. Import that excel sheet into Access Database as a table. From there you can export to an oracle database. Access DB can create a table in Oracle Database.

    Nag.....
