I have rman in a separte db and i'd like to create a recovery catalog for the target database, but from the quick start guide from oracle i was not able to interpret what it said and its not working:
what i tried:

%setenv ORACLE_SID develop
%rman develop / rman rman/rman@tnsrman
which gives an error

Both single and double quotes (' or ") are accepted for a quoted-string.
Quotes are not required unless the string contains embedded white-space.
