Thread: NLS_LANG

    I have this problem in NT :

    SVRMGR> connect system/manager
    ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified

    when I run < set > it shows

    NLS_LANG='AMERICAN'

    what I should do ?

    american_america.us7ascii or whatever character set your database is in.

    Jeff how can I unset an env variable in NT ?
