Hello, I've used the Server model guide to retrofit one schema's user. When I try to save the Server Model diagram it fails with:

    ORA-01036: illegal variable name/number
RME-02126: Failed to bind cursor variables
RME-02124: Failed to execute SQL statement: delete from I$SDD_DIAGRAM_SEGMENTS where SEQUENCE <= :h_seq and SEQUENCE >= :l_seq and PARENT_IVID= :diag_ivid
The Server side is on Oracle8.1.6 and the client side is on W98 with Designer 6i Release 2.

this are very nice errors from oracle, and nobody knows what oracle will say. In the designer the errors are the best. I think there is an sequence which goes on an character field. Or there is an error in the UID off one off the tables.

I hope it helps but i know the errors which are shown are the best.

    Regards
