This is a web-based B2B application to manage the Warranties and Quotes for a product manufacturer. This application allows the users to view the warranties, what is covered under warranty contract, ability to view the new warranty programs, ability to get pricing for warranty coverage, quote management, warranty renewals, automatic email notifications about due/overdue warranty renewals etc.

Contribution:
Installing software, including Oracle Server, Net8, OEM, and SQL*Plus. Creating databases and services on Windows, including password files. Monitoring the database operation by reviewing critical trace files and alert logs. Implementing logical and physical structures in the database. Creating and managing the database schema and objects for the Production, Test and Development databases.
