What ever the application that is causing the error is running short of the buffer. So the solution is to increase the buffer size for the application that is running short of the buffer. Since I do not know what is the application that is causing this error, I cannot comment much on "which buffer to increase". Say for example that you are doing exp then you have to increase the size of buffer parameter that you pass along with the command. Similarly to sqlloader and etc. So find the application that is causing the error and increase the size.
BTW: what is your OS, RDBMS versions. Are you trying to use OCI ?

One thing I was told that this ora- error only happend on the same machine. when user went to other machines to do the same thing (ERP user) and none identical error will be regenerated.
Aren't those processes all being exec. in server side and nothing to do with client machine?
