    Hi,

Is there any way to access an NT/SQLServer database from AIX/JDBC??

The problem is we are writing an application using Oracle 8.1.6 - but there is functionality we would like to keep - this functionality is implemented in SQLServer on an NT machine.

Can we access this NT/SQLServer combination from JDBC on AIX machine?

    Thanks in advance.

If you are using oracle in AIX, then you can use the oracle's transparent gateway for MSSQL
