Thread: Tablespace Fragments

    Hi Friends,

    We have Oracle 7.1 running under Open VMS . Now we have an tablespace named PROD_LARGE which is having 76 fragments and total free space of 742,438 KB. The last fragment is having free space of 472,462 KB. Now these number of fragments will affect the perfomance of the Database?. In that case what should i do now? Kindly suggest me pls. Thanks in advance.
