I kindly request you to not ask the users to clarify the doubts to your mail id.

Since i feel you may solve the solutions across the mail the problems of the user .which really doesnt serve for us to know what was the actual soution you gave.

I am really much keen to know the solutions for the problems which should one day helpful to Us(DBA's) from this site.

This i hope you will appreciate in good sense.

I am really sorry to bring to your kind attention Once again.By requesting problem to redirect to your mail id in 2 ways is of loss to all.

I)Your soution on the problem is not known to us.

II)Else if the user gives a follow up on the problem in the thread instead of mailing to you some one else may give a better solution based on His or Her past experience which may benefit all.

I think you have not seen my yesterday posting reg this.

Dear Padma
Many users are giving there email address in their signature.So I am also giving my email address to all the users who need help from me.It is just for helping people out there and not for timepass.
I know that if they send emails at my personal account then others will not be able to view my views and suggestions.But that depends on the users what they want

Yes many mention there mail id at the bottom as there signature i am not telling that.

But your request to mail the users to your mail for follow up id was what i wanted to infer.

I really appreciate very much your interest and follow up on the problems very personally.
