Oracle Scripts by Brian Lomasky and David Kreines from O'REILLY. You can find it any book store....
The tim onions site has a lot of scripts that work out of the box. The only thing you may need to edit is where he "spools" some of the output. He has tons of scripts for easy stuff like monitoring space and users- also a good section on reverse-engineering which can save your can.

Check at oracle magazines tips site for scripts that could help you to monitor the database and do other stuffs.
