If you are looking for something rich in DBA functions, try EZSQL. http://www.ezsql.net.
I recommend EZSQL also.
It has many preconfigured system level reports that would otherwise either require maintenace of hundreds of scripts or a considerable amount of time querying those hard to remember V$ and X views.
