OTN promotion code

I'm wondering if there exist any promotion code for OCP test. Has anyone used OTN promotion code (OTN20) recently to schedule a test?

Use "OPN".OTN20 is not valid any more

with OPN you should get any where from 20-35%.I got 35% for my 9i

If you are not working in an OPN you better not use that code, have seen people having trouble claiming they work for OPN when they are not

What do u mean by partner network, pardon my ignorance.is this SOme thing related with metalink???

Except we bought licenses , we don't have any relation ship with Oracle.

should some one concerned if they used this and certified.
