Everyone's entitled to their opinion I guess. I just don't agree in this case.

Sounds like the way I got through some of my core University subjects for my IT degree, Accounting, Law... I'm not going to get a position as an Graduate Accountant by passing a single Accounting subject in my IT degee... are you employing Oracle DBA's based on Certification only?
