What alapps wrote will work for you - you need to add "drop" after offline.
alter database open;
select name, status from v$datafile; will show that your datafile is now offline.

alapps advise worked , I am just typing wrong full name (wrong drive) ..
offline drop worked .. Now I can open my database .
