1.With your earlier suggestions,I was successful getting connected to OEM.But all exports status FAILS in the Job pane after submitting the export job to process!
What is going wrong here!Why can't I do export,import, RMAN through OEM!
What step did I leave in the middle!

Hows about attaching the error you are getting there quiz kid.
I prefer parfiles for exports, this way you will have a record of what you did.
