You mean like if you used entries=6 and forgot how many you entered, and don't remember how easy it is to just simply recreate the password file with a big enough number (like 100) so that the max number of users granted sysdba will never be a problem in your lifetime? That kind of query?
yeah..w/o recreatin' the passwd file:p
